Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: 1. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the tutoring session. 2. Refunds will only be processed if technical issues on our end prevent the successful completion of the session. 3. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or if the student is dissatisfied with the quality of instruction, as subjective experiences can vary. Cancellation Policy: 1. Students can cancel a scheduled session up to 12 hours before the start time without incurring any charges. 2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the session fee. 3. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered upon review.
